Payload XML List

The XML Payload Pages in Transaction Manager can accommodate the loading of ICD-10 based Payload XML when viewing a Transaction Record. The XML Payload for each type of Estimate/Claim contains additional claim fields and information about the diagnosis or procedure code that was input, translated, and used to process the Estimate/Claim.

To access the Payload XML List:

1. Click Payloadon the Transaction Record List or View XML on the Message History List.
   
2. Click Close or View Message History:

  • Click View Message Historyto access the Message History List.
