You can delete your account using the online form within InTouch for Members, or by contacting Customer Service.
What you need to know
Deleting your InTouch for Members account:
- Will also delete your myPacificSource mobile app account.
- Will not terminate your membership with PacificSource.
Don't know your InTouch username or password?
There's no need to delete your account. Use the Forgot Username or Forgot Password form to access your account.
How to delete your InTouch account
Termed members cannot access Option 1 and must contact customer service.
Option 1
Use the account deletion option within InTouch for Members.
You will be redirected to the Sign In page if not currently signed in.
Option 2
Contact Customer Service to delete your InTouch for Members account.
