ICD-10 Information

Beginning 10/01/2015 all searches with a service date on or after 10/01/2015 will need to use ICD-10 codes. You will not be able to use ICD-9 codes. This is due to the format the state provides the data that drives the LineFinder.

We have provided a link to a third party tool to help facilitate matching up ICD-9 codes to their ICD-10 equivalent.

For service dates before 10/01/2015 you will need to use ICD-9 codes for searching.
